Decorate and paint your own "Calaca" (skeleton) and "Ofrenda" (offering to the spirit of the dead). This is a Celebration of life! Workshop will include: presentation by Mexican painter and muralist, Fernando Gonzalez, art instruction, painting sessions, paint your own "calaca"! Contact us early for registration! About the instructor: painter and muralist Fernando Gonzalez, with a degree in Visual Arts and a family tradition of painters, has a deep knowledge of Mexican traditions. His art is inspired by the Mayan, Aztec and Mexican history. With over 30 years of painting and 20 years of leading engaging art instruction and sharing his vast knowledge
