Our Workshop Polices

How to register – Don’t Delay- Register Today!

Please register by contacting us at cristiferart@gmail.com.
-  Find the date.
- Pay the non-refundable deposit/registration of $200 or $450.00 USD. The balance is due in cash upon arrival.
- If you wish to pay in full via Pay Pal an additional $45.00 USD processing fee will be added to each individual registration.

For the one day workshops the non refundable registration fee is $20.00 USD. The balance is due in cash upon arrival. If you wish to pay in full via Pay Pal a $5.00 USD registration fee will be added to each individual registration.

Space is not held until payment of the reservation fee of $200.00 or $450.00 for a week long workshop and $20.00 USD for a day workshop, is received.
Please register early if you are interested in a retreat/workshop. Workshops are cancelled one month prior if minimum enrollment of 2 is not reached. 
Prices/Fees/ Our workshop prices listed include the following:
- a unique and relaxing environment,
- drugs, smoking and alcohol free environment,
- a full workshop experience with facilitator guidance, supplies (unless a supply fee is indicated),
Please read the pricing information carefully for the specific workshop you wish to attend.

What is not included?
Airfare to Leon airport, RT shuttle from/to airport, food, accommodations

Cancellation Policies -Our fees and cancellation policies are subject to change at any time without notice.

Although it is our desire that all programs are successful, circumstances do arise that lead to a need for cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel a program at any time. If we cancel a program you will receive a full refund of your registration payed.
Exception: If you made reservations for 2 or more participants and the group changes plans, and only ONE wishes to attend we RESERVE THE RIGHT to cancel WITHOUT refunding any deposits.

We are not responsible for travel expenses incurred due to cancellations.
We understand that emergencies arise but we cannot offer refunds beyond the policies listed.
We also are not able to give refunds to anyone missing events due to bad weather conditions or for anyone who simply does not show up for a workshop they have registered for.
Showing up but not participating (such as engaging in non group activities is considered a NO SHOW)
We also cannot give refunds for anyone who must leave a program early or does not participate in portions of a program for any reason.

We are unable to reduce rates further or refund beyond our stated policies.
If you cancel your registration written notice is preferred via email.
Cancellations prior to 45 days: full refund, minus the $200.00 or $450.00 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations 45-30 days prior: 50% refund of 50% paid, no refund of $200.00 - $450.00 non-refundable deposit.
No refund will be issued 30 days or less prior to retreat/workshop. You may have the option to transfer your $200.00 - $450.00 deposit to another event within 6 months.

NOTE: If you wish to pay in FULL via Pay Pal an additional registration fee of $45.00 USD will be added to the cost of the workshop for each participant.

IMPORTANT: We do not have a waiting area therefore non participating individuals are not permitted to wait on the premises while you attend a group or private session.
PETS: Sorry participant's pet are not allow on the premises.
